No. I bring all the necessary equipment to evaluate and program your sessions, including resistance bands, stability mats, balance pads, and mobility tools. All you need to provide is a clear, moderate space in your living room or garage.
I primarily serve the greater Ann Arbor area, including downtown Ann Arbor, Novi, and surrounding communities like Saline, Dexter, and Pittsfield Township. If you are unsure if you are in my radius, send a request with your zip code and we can discuss!
Once you are cleared by your physical therapist or medical provider, we focus on reinforcing your correct movement patterns and building strength. I prioritize safety, proper alignment, and gradual load progression to help you return to daily activity, sports, or work without pain flare-ups.
The consultation takes about 60 minutes. We'll start with a thorough review of your medical and exercise history, perform a physical movement screening to analyze your posture and joints, assess your designated training area, and establish clear targets.
